- Most orders are shipped within 3 to 5 business days. Exceptions shall include but not be limited to: backorders, holidays, change of order or items within the order, etc. We can not ship on weekends. Please allow 7 days for your item to arrive before requesting a tracking number. Numerous requests for tracking numbers will delay all shipment. Tracking numbers will normally be posted within 2 days of order processing. We ship internationally to Canada, Australia and the United Kingdom all products except complete bikes.
- Privacy & Security
- Our site is 100% safe and secure. We DO NOT share, sell or otherwise distribute any personal information, period. All information provided to ARI, will be used for the sole purpose of helping us better serve your needs.
- Returns & Replacements
- Racing products carry no warranties whatsoever, expressed or implied, written or oral. This is standard within the industry. Due to the nature of their intended use, these products will not be replaced due to use, abuse or improper installation. If a product has an obvious manufacturer’s defect, ARI will assess the situation accordingly. We do not accept responsibility for damage by shippers. If you wish to purchase insurance on your shipment, please notify us so we can arrange that. If an item is damaged during shipping, please contact the shipping company immediately. If the buyer wishes to return or exchange an item for any other reason, you must contact us for advanced authorization. Returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee and must be returned at the purchaser’s expense. Returned items must remain “new” and in original, undamaged manufacturer’s packaging.

- Payment for your order may be completed online or over the phone. We accept Master Card and Visa, as well as PayPal. We strive to keep all pricing, whether online or on printed material, current and up to date. However due to rising materials cost, prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct all errors in pricing on our site, but will notify you if a correction needs to be made. Occasionally we will run special promotional pricing on certain products so make sure to browse our selection often!
- Viewing Orders
- By setting up an account on line, you will have the ability to review your recent orders, as well as keep track of items that you wish to tag for future viewing. You will have your own sign in name and password to keep your information confidential
- Updating Account Information
- Please be sure to keep your account information up to date. Your billing name and address must exactly match the billing name and address of the card that you are using for your purchase. Also, be sure that your shipping address is correct so that your orders arrive safely without delay.
